These terms and conditions are a binding legal agreement between the customer (you) and sms.net.bd, contain provisions that disclaim, limit, and exclude our liability to you and that indemnify us against claims and damages that it may suffer as a result of your conduct. Following receiving confirmation of sms.net.bd’s acceptance of your request you will become bound by and will abide by, these terms and conditions until this agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms. Take note that these terms and conditions may change from time to time. sms.net.bd reserves the right to change and update these terms and conditions at any time. No prior notice will be provided. If you have used our services before, you cannot assume that the terms and conditions are still the same. You should re-read them regularly. Read the complete conditions correctly, otherwise, if your account is suspended for any reason, no objections/requests will be accepted.
এই শর্তগুলো গ্রাহক (আপনি) এবং sms.net.bd এর মধ্যে একটি বাধ্যতামূলক আইনী চুক্তি, আপনার কাছে sms.net.bd এর সেবা প্রদানের পরে আপনি এই চুক্তিটির শর্তাবলী মেনে চলবেন। sms.net.bd যে কোনও সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন এবং আপডেট করার অধিকার রাখে। সেক্ষেত্রে কোনও পূর্ব নোটিশ প্রদান করা হবে না। আপনি যদি আগে আমাদের sms সেবাটি ব্যবহার করে থাকেন তবে আপনি ধরে নিতে পারবেন না যে শর্তাবলী সব আগের মতই থাকবে। শর্তাবলীর পেজটি নিয়মিত ভিজিট করতে হবে। সম্পূর্ণ শর্তগুলি সঠিকভাবে পড়ুন, অন্যথায়, যদি কোনও কারণে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত করা হয় তবে কোনও আপত্তি / অনুরোধ গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

All the Promotional/Notification/Marketing SMS are to be composed in Bengali with the prior approval from BTRC as per the policy of BTRC.

BULK SMS blast should not be used for any international OTP activation purpose; for example: Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Whatsapp, Viber, etc.

You can not use our SMS for any illegal activities such as profanity, threats, love, slang, or Adult, aggressive, political, treasonous, abusive, casino, gambling, betting, fraudulent, drug-related, Forex, dollar exchanging, religiously provocative, anti-national activities, personal messages and immoral language SMS. If you send immoral language SMS, we will take action against you and your service will be canceled permanently.

You can not use our SMS service for any fraudulent promotion. (for example, fake job applications, winning the lottery, Making money playing games) and also can not be used for marketing Adult products.

You will be fully responsible for the SMS you send yourself, if you use the SMS service for bad purposes, we will take legal action with your mobile number if necessary and the account will be closed.

Calling customer support will not be misused, in which case the account will be suspended immediately and no future services will be provided. We only provide technical support if there is a problem with the server and SMS delivery. Apart from this, API integration, Plugin Setup, SMS Sending should be done by the customer himself.

We monitor every SMS and if you use any malicious intent including suspending the account for any kind of illegal content, legal action will be taken against you and your account will be suspended without any refund.
